Time change must be performed at Extension 10 or 200.

NOTE:  Do not lift the handset for the following procedures.

To Set the Date:

1) Press Intercom
2) Dial " # 6  5  1 "
3) Dial in the Date in the format "YYMMDD" (year, year, month, month, day, day.  Enter a leading 0 for any single-digit month or day). For example: August 23, 2001 would be " 0 1 0 8 2 3 "
4) Press the "Redial" button
5) Press the "Spkr" button

To Set the Time:

1) Press Intercom
2) Dial " # 6 5 2 "
3) Dial in the Time in the format "HHMMSS" (hour/minute/second in the 24-hour clock format. Enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered).  For example: 5:21 PM would be "1 7 21 0 0"
4) Press the "Redial" button
5) Press the "Spkr" button

To Set the Day:

1) Press Intercom
2) Dial " # 6 5 3 "
3) Dial the Day  (Dial  "1" for Sunday, "2" for Monday, "3" for Tuesday, "4" for Wednesday, "5" for Thursday, "6" for Friday, "7" for Saturday)
4) Press the "Redial" button
5) Press the "SPKR" button.
