Dear Mr. Bernstein,
I want to bring this lady to your attention, should you not be aware how good she is at her job and how fortunate we all are that Corporate Telecomm has her in their employ. I have worked with her only briefly, but am very impressed with her reliability. Only problem is that I want to contact her for everything, now that I have seen her in action. Of course, many things aren't really within her areas of responsibility.
One so seldom finds a person, even in a service business, upon whom one can depend to take the extra initiative that is often required/requested. She finds the time somewhere in her busy schedule. Need I say more?
We recently moved our business from Westwood to century City and it involved moving the phones, as well as new cabling and programming. I was originally working with a gentleman who, though well meaning, tended not to follow through all the time. Once Barbara Williams entered the scene and basically took over the account, everyone went on their toes (including me) and the job was accomplished with a minimum of stress and bother.
I know that I really should be dealing with customer service. And I will do so, reluctantly. I'm sorry to lose her knowledge and sincere help. Barbara Williams is a breath of fresh air and I just want to be certain that you are aware of what you have and appreciative of same.
Thanks for your time. In case you are wondering, Barbara gave me your email address, when I ask to whom I might write. Corporate Telecomm is pretty lucky - sure makes this customer happy.

Dear Mr. Bernstein,
I am taking this opportunity to thank you and your staff for showing what the words customer service really mean.
Several years ago when I was with another company, I contracted Corporate Telecomm for the installation of a 3Com phone system in Viewpoint's Los Angeles office. It was an extremely busy time for Viewpoint, but your installer took the time to train the Viewpoint staff, not only on the use of the telephones but also trained the receptionist on making program changes.
After several years, I find myself working for Viewpoint in Needham, MA and called on Corporate Telecomm again. Much to my delight I get to work with Kathleen Andrews again. She is a gem, my new telephone friend.
Everyone that I have dealt with in the last 3 years has been helpful, friendly and very professional.

This letter is meant to commend you and your wonderful staff for doing such a wonderful job on our telephone system. I guess you could say you saved a lot of people a lot of anxiety and disappointment.
We received two referrals from Mike, at Northridge Hospital Medical Center who takes care of the hospitals telephone system. One of the referrals was for the Centrex system at Pacific Bell and the other was CorporateTelecomm. I made the horrible mistake of choosing PacBell. Since that decision I have had to make 50 telephone calls to their service department, ("without resolution of the problems"), and finally I had to have the system removed and replaced by a CorporateTelecomm system. When I called and told you my story, you immediately came out personally, met with Dr. Pearsall, assessed the situation and sent out your wonderful sales representative, Steve Halls. Steve immediately put together a system for us and it was installed with great expertise and in a very timely manner.
The courtesy of your staff, the knowledge and teaching ability is a pleasure and reminiscent of days gone by, when ability and good final outcomes and building long standing business relationships were the standards of the business world.
I can still hear the jargon of PacBell when they finally answer or return a phone call, "you have reached Pacific Bell, how can our wonderful staff be of service to you, our intention is to satisfy your questions and give you the best possible service." My response to that is Ha!
We are still at the mercy of PacBell for the outside lines. But we are in the good hands of Corp Telecomm for all the rest. I would like to thank Pam, I think she works off site and is a problem solver. She was wonderful. Also, a special thanks to Adam our installation technician. Great guy!

We recently held a Board of Directors meeting and as the year is coming to a close we looked back on 2004 for the good things and how to repeat them. We also discussed what went poorly and how to avoid them in the upcoming year, which brings me to why I am writing you today. Your name came up twice, and I'm pleased to say you were only discussed in the "good" part of our conversation. To be honest, this is surprising because I'm the only Board member who really pays any attention to IT and telephony issues but others sang your praises.
This is a bigger deal than you might imagine, especially with this non-technical group. I felt it was important enough to share with you and I hope you'll pass along my thanks to the rest of your organization.
There were two things in particular that happened in 2004 that came up in our meeting and deserve mention. The first was, of course, the rainstorm. As you will remember the air conditioning company left the hatch to the roof open which is directly above our phone equipment. Of course this was also the night when Los Angeles had the most rain in recent history. Needless to say our phones were not working by the time we opened. We immediately called Corporate Telecomm. Your crew put us in front of the line and I'm pretty sure Al had us back up by 10:00 a.m. For all I know Al could have used a hair dryer on our system, whatever it was he got the phones working. Usually when a guy like me sees techs he sees trouble, somehow when I see Al, I become very relaxed. Al, like the rest of Corporate Telecomm, gets the job done!
After that I had to tell the group about recording phone calls. I told the person who needed this he was nuts because it would take two days at least to set it up and that's if the technology even existed. He needed the capability within 30 minutes! But, I called you, interrupted your lunch and to my amazement Corporate Telecomm had something in stock we could use. We didn't get it working in 30 minutes but it was done in less than 60. I have some idea of what technical support is all about and these are two of the best examples of the trade that I can think of.
Thank you again for all of your help in 2004 and we are looking forward to an equally prosperous and trouble-free 2005. With your help I'm sure we'll succeed. Please extend our best wishes to everyone in your fine organization.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your technical crew that played a huge part in making the relocation of the West Coast Regional Office of AIReS a success.
Your technicians, Gary and Al, stuck with us throughout a long rigorous day, always pleasant, responding to every request made and relocating the Nortel phone system and voice mail without a hitch.
The Ethernet cabling for our data network was superb and among the 48+ ports activated, there were no failures. Upon completion, the server room displayed a truly professional job - - neat, clean and easy to navigate.
Even when presented with a complex problem of a port shortage in the printer room area, Rick solved it within a minute's time and even had the parts needed for the solution on hand in his vehicle.
Aside from the technical aspect, your company handled the planning phase with confidence, making my job an easy one. Your bidding is competitive, your accounting department is a joy to deal with and my sales representative, Todd Bernstein, knew immediately when I called, to send me right to you.
